      <image:title>Music Teaching - Music Teaching.</image:title>
<image:caption>I teach one to one percussion sessions with a range of young people. I have a unique skill set and adapt my teaching style to the young person I am working with. I specialise in working with young people with special educational needs and teach in SEND schools. I also teach group percussion sessions with groups of children and adults, introducing them to different percussion patterns including swing, rock and samba using body percussion. I have played in orchestras and brass bands for 20 years and support young percussionists when they are playing in an ensemble. I have been working with Camden Music Service who had some students with additional needs who were finding it hard to engage in the music sessions. I have been supporting them to explore how to develop their offer so that they have more ability to work with neurodiverse young people.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Dance Teaching - Dance Teaching.</image:title>
<image:caption>I am an inclusive Dance Artist and have worked with Corali Dance Company since 2016. I design and run workshops for young people and adults with a range of needs ranging from slight learning disabilities to profound and multiple learning disabilities and wheelchair users. In 2019 I trained with Para Dance as an inclusive dance instructor and began teaching for Disability Sports Coach. I currently teach 3 sessions a week and have adapted to online teaching so that I could reach up to 40 people per session. The online programme has been so popular we are continuing it alongside sessions in real life. My practice is always focused on the people attending the session. I give them as much ownership and responsibility as possible so that they are able to see this is a class for them where their contributions are integral to the session. I always include each participant creating a sound track of their songs and building small routines using their dance moves or their ideas to create movements. We use different themes, song lyrics, holidays or even what they are having for dinner as inspiration for our movements.</image:caption>

      <image:title>SEND Training - SEND Training.</image:title>
<image:caption>I specialised in neurodevelopmental disorders in my undergraduate and masters degree at Kings College London and now I provide Special Educational Needs training for organisations and charities to increase their knowledge, understanding and confidence to support and work with children, young people and adults with a range of SEND. This includes autism spectrum condition, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, mental health conditions and general learning difficulties. Over the last two years I have worked alongside many organisations including Sound Connections, Orchestras for All and Islington SENDIAS to provide guidance and support in how to make their organisations more diverse, accessible and inclusive. I also provide training for parents who have a child with ASC, supporting them to understand and use different techniques to support their child.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Sound Relaxation - Wellbeing - ‘Pause’ Gong Baths.</image:title>
<image:caption>I have brought together my music practice with my wellbeing knowledge and have been training in sound relaxation running one to one and evening group sessions. The aim is to teach people the importance of self care which I have needed so immensely this year because I am caring for both my parents and my 10 year old sister. I did not really understand why self care was so important until I burnt out completely and could not work. I now schedule in time by myself and can no longer live without it. I create calm and relaxing spaces for people to rest and take time by themselves. I do this by playing music and supporting them through words to relax.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Hospital Work - Music in Hospitals.</image:title>
<image:caption>I have worked with Royal Brompton and Harefields Hospital in London bringing music and movement to the bedsides of patients. I would do this through playing percussion and teaching some rhythms to individuals or working with other musicians to play some pieces to the patients within the wards. We would also have conversations and learn a few simple movements to go with some of the songs that we play. I have worked with young children all the way up to elderly adults.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Workshops - One off workshops.</image:title>
<image:caption>I design one off creative workshops for arts organisations and charities. To date I have been commissioned by the Wallace Collection where I delivered 2 cross arts workshops in 2017. I took this workshop to Corby and Skipton. I worked with over 100 people across 4 workshops ranging from the age of 8-70 including families, other artists and members of the public. I have also been commissioned by Rich Mix to hold an intimate wellbeing experience using poetry and Siobhan Davies Dance to run 2 dance workshops reaching 10 young artists.</image:caption>
